"My teaching methodology for online interior design is project-based, visual, and highly interactive. Because interior design is a tactile and spatial discipline, I bridge the virtual gap by moving away from passive lecturing and toward a studio-style workshop model. I structure my courses around real-world client briefs. I first break down technical concepts—like scale, lighting, or ergonomic flow—using live software demonstrations (like SketchUp or mood-boarding tools). Then, I have students apply those concepts immediately to their ongoing projects. For engagement and review, I utilize breakout rooms for peer design crits, digital whiteboards like Miro for collaborative mood-boarding, and asynchronous Loom videos to give detailed, personalized red-line feedback on student floor plans. My goal is to make sure that by the end of the course, students don't just understand design theory—they have a professional digital portfolio to show for it.""
